Conciliation / Mediation Fees
MaxMax Chambers fees for a conciliator / mediator is 1% of the total claims under dispute, with a minimum fee of Rs. 1,00,000 and a maximum of Rs. 10,00,000.
These fees include the following:
- Appointment of a conciliator / mediator
- Case Filing Fee
- MaxMax Chambers Case Administration Fees
- Conciliator / Mediator Fees
The fees do not include the following:
- Applicable taxes
- Venue Charges for Meeting Rooms, if arranged by MaxMax Chambers
- Meal Charges, if a meal is required
- Transcription, Steno, Interpretation, Printing & Photocopying Services Fees
- Expert's Fees
Arbitration Fees
MaxMax Chambers fees for an arbitrator is 2% of the total claims under dispute, with a minimum fee of Rs. 2,00,000 and a maximum of Rs. 30,00,000. In case a Tribunal needs to be appointed, the above fees will be applicable for each member of the Tribunal.
These fees include the following:
- Appointment of Arbitrator(s)
- Case Filing Fee
- MaxMax Chambers Case Administration Fees
- Arbitrator’s Fees
The fees do not include the following:
- Applicable taxes
- Venue Charges for Meeting Rooms, if arranged by MaxMax Chambers
- Meal Charges, if a meal is required
- Transcription, Steno, Interpretation, Printing & Photocopying Services Fees
- Expert's Fees
Retainership Services
MaxMax Chambers also provides ongoing dispute avoidance and dispute management services. Depending on the size of the organisation and the nature of its industry, MaxMax Chambers can be retained on a monthly basis. See here for the services that are provided on a retainer basis.
In most cases, the monthly retainers vary from as low as Rs. 50,000 per month to Rs. 2,00,000 per month (exclusive of GST).
