These facilities are available for hire irrespective of whether the parties use MaxMax Chambers process and professionals for their dispute avoidance, management or resolution purposes.

The meeting rooms are available across the country and are generally located in business districts for the convenience of commercial organisations. Each room is fully equipped with modern facilities and can be retained for as little as two hours to as long as the session lasts.

Meeting room charges include the following:

  • Large LCD Screen to serve as monitor as well as for video conferencing
